Richard began his career as a Human Resources professional in 2002 after graduating from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.   He has progressively grown into leadership and executive roles over that time.  With close to 20 years of executive experience as Vice President HR within the retail and insurance industries, and a strategic HR Business Partner within the financial services industry, he brings with him a unique and diverse point of view to his role as Chief Operating Officer at McFadden.
